HOW DOES VIVEVALLE WORK?

ViveValle sells and coordinates Activities that are executed by a special selection of the best operators in Valle de Bravo. While you book on our website, we take care of the rest, guaranteeing you top quality fantastic services. Once you have booked, you will receive the starting point of the activity and the contact of your guide.

 

 

IS IT NECESSARY TO RESERVE AND WITH HOW LONG ANTICIPATION TIME?

To live an Activity with ViveValle it is necessary to book, in order to secure your place.

To book, you will have to do it at least 24 hours in advance; that is, you will not be able to book an experience if there are less than 24 hours to go. We suggest in any way to check the availability in our reservation system since there we update in real time the availability of the Experiences.

 

 

HOW DO I BOOK AN ACTIVITY?

1. In order to book a ViveValle Activity, you must do the following:

3. Select the activity of your choice

4. Click the BOOK NOW button

4. Select date, time and number of participants(hours you wish to book

6. Capture your personal information

7. Accept our Booking Policies

8. Capture any other information you are required

9. Enter the data of a valid credit card and pay a deposit that varies according to the Activity.

10. You will receive a confirmation email with all of the necessary information for you to do the activity.

 

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK OVER THE PHONE?

In fact, we can make reservations by phone, however, we recommend doing so via our website as it is very easy and simple.

 

 

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING?

If you made a reservation and wish to make a change or cancellation, be sure to make it at least 24 hours in advance of the date and time of your Experience, since otherwise we will not be obliged to modify your reservation and your deposit cannot be refunded . If you want to make a change, contact us by mail or phone.

In the event that you do not show up, without prior notice, at the time of the Activity, 100% of the grand total will be charged to your credit card and there can be no refund. We suggest you read our Reservation and Cancellation Policies carefully.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BOOKING IF IT RAINS OR THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

In case of rain or bad weather, ViveValle will be responsible for rescheduling your Experience at a time or day where it can be carried out; However, it is important to clarify that ViveValle will not refund the amount deposited for this reason. We suggest you read our Reservation and Cancellation Policies carefully.

 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Las reservas se pueden hacer en nuestro sistema con cualquier tarjeta de crédito o débito. Si no cuentas con tarjeta de crédito o débito, escríbenos por WhatsApp al 72 2314 1483 para que te enviemos una referencia para que pagues en OXXO u otros comercios registrados.

 

 

WHAT ABOUT THE BILLING?

Sí, facturamos todos nuestros servicios, aunque es importante aclarar que nuestros precios están publicados + IVA. Para obtener tu factura deberás enviarnos tus datos fiscales a hola@vivevalle.mx y esperar tu factura dentro de 5 días hábiles.

 

 

DO YOU SELL PACKAGES WITH LODGING?

ViveValle does not offer any hosting service, however, we recommend you visit sites such as Airbnb or Kayak to see the options that Valle de Bravo has.

 

 

DO YOU INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION FROM OTHER CITIES?

ViveValle includes transportation to where the Activities are carried out, however, it does not have transportation from other cities and to Valle de Bravo. If you come from Mexico City, we suggest you visit the Zinabus website; company that offers daily bus service from the Poniente Terminal (Observatory).

 

 

WILL YOU PICK ME UP AT MY HOTEL?

ViveValle includes transportation from our facilities and to where the Activities are carried out, however, it does not have transportation from hotels or any other location. Our office is very central and accessible by taxi.

What we can offer you is that, if your hotel is close, we can take you there once the Activity is over.

 

 

WHERE DO WE HAVE TO ARRIVE TO DO THE ACTIVITIES?

Each Activity begins in a different place, which you will know at the time you make your reservation. All our activities are carried out within Valle de Bravo; a small place, but quite extensive and with endless locations.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive all the necessary instructions.

 

 

CAN I DO MORE THAN ONE ACTIVITY IN A DAY?

It is possible to perform more than one Activity in the same day. ViveValle recommends carrying out a maximum of 2 Activities per day since these derive a considerable physical fatigue. Anyway, and if the schedules allow it, you can select the number of Experiences you want; you must be very careful to leave time between Activity so you can rest a little
