This agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to the services available on this website. In addition, this agreement describes the responsibilities of the \u201cClient\u201d and, among other things, limits the responsibility of \u201cViveValle\u201d. I. Booking and Payments<\/strong> En caso de pago con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, autorizo a Grupo Offsite M\u00e9xico SA de CV cargar a mi tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito la cantidad total del costo de los servicios de viaje detallados en mi numero de referencia. El monto del cargo es para cubrir el costo del paquete de actividades, hotel, o servicios adicionales que yo solicite. Certifico que soy tarjetahabiente y acepto el cargo de acuerdo a los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones del contrato de tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito expedido por mi banco. Los precios est\u00e1n sujetos a cambios, pero no limitado a incrementos de tarifas, cargos, impuestos, cargos de servicio de proveedores y cargos de hotel. El precio total puede ser cobrado en varias cantidades que en la sumatoria coincidir\u00e1 con el total. Cobrando un dep\u00f3sito del total al inicio por concepto de reservaci\u00f3n. Las reservaciones estar\u00e1n garantizadas cuando se haya cubierto el pago correspondiente y se haya enviado una confirmaci\u00f3n por parte de ViveValle de lo contrario, la reservaci\u00f3n no ser\u00e1 efectuada. El precio y la reservaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 garantizado contra incrementos o cambios \u00fanicamente cuando el pago de reservaci\u00f3n haya sido realizado, recibido y aplicado en nuestras oficinas. Sin embargo, nos reservamos el derecho a re-facturar su reservaci\u00f3n en caso de que exista alg\u00fan error al momento de calcular el precio de su reservaci\u00f3n o por razones t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n

II. Changes, Cancellations and No Show<\/strong>\u00a0Los cambios en itinerario estar\u00e1n sujetos a disponibilidad y solo podr\u00e1n realizarse con 24 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n.En caso de que el cliente desee realizar un cambio dentro de las 24 previas a la hora de comienzo de la actividad, se cobrar\u00e1 una penalizaci\u00f3n de $500.00 MXN por persona y el cliente podr\u00e1 re programar hasta dentro de los siguientes 3 meses (sujeto a disponibilidad). En caso de que las condiciones del clima no permitieran realizar las actividades, ViveValle estar\u00e1 obligado a re programar los servicios para la fecha que el cliente dese\u00e9 exclusivamente dentro de los 3 pr\u00f3ximos meses a la fecha original de contrataci\u00f3n del servicio. En ning\u00fan momento ViveValle reembolsar\u00e1 la cantidad pagada por el cliente por motivos de condiciones clim\u00e1ticas adversas. Toda\u00a0cancellation<\/span>\u00a0must be requested by email or at our offices and by submitting the corresponding payment receipt. In the case of Experiences a deposit will be charged that can be refunded if there is a\u00a0cancellation<\/span>\u00a024 hours before the start time of the Experience. In the event that the client is not present at the start time of the Experience, he authorizes 100% of the total reservation to be charged; ViveValle will not be obliged to replace the contracted service. \u201cViveValle\u201d reserves the right to cancel or modify any contracted service without prior notice.<\/p>\n

III. Responsibilities<\/strong>\u00a0\"ViveValle\" works within a highly secure environment within all its activities, however it is not responsible for any damage, accident, damage or problem suffered or caused by the client during his stay in Valle de Bravo, thus leaving the responsibility to its suppliers in terms of customer safety. The service providers will have the ability to decide not to carry out the activity if they consider that there is any disability or risk for the client caused by the weather or any other situation evaluated by the providers. IV. Complaints<\/strong> Cualquier queja o reclamaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 de hacerse por escrito a trav\u00e9s del correo electr\u00f3nico hola@vivevalle.mx o directamente en nuestras oficinas, dentro de los treinta d\u00edas siguientes a la fecha final de los servicios de viaje. Para el conocimiento de todas las reclamaciones que puedan formularse por cualquier causa, tanto el pasajero como el organizador, se someten expresamente a la jurisdicci\u00f3n de los tribunales de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con renuncia a cualquier otro fuero. El hecho de la inscripci\u00f3n para tomar parte en cualquiera de los servicios contenidos en este sitio Web implica la total conformidad de todas y cada una de los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones generales establecidos.<\/p>\n

VI. Billing<\/strong>\u00a0Todos nuestros precios est\u00e1n expresados sin incluir IVA. En caso de que el cliente requiera facturaci\u00f3n, ser\u00eda necesario que env\u00ede un correo a\u00a0hola@vivevalle.mx\u00a0especificando sus datos y en un periodo no mayor a 10 d\u00edas naturales despu\u00e9s de su compra.
